Interview After applying online, suitable applicants will be asked to attend an employment interview.
Pre-Departure Preparation Successful applicants will receive an information package that outlines the steps for preparing for Japan (including instructions on applying for a visa).
Getting a Working Visa

1The applicant will complete a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application and submit it to the company.

2The company will sponsor the application and will submit it to the Japanese Immigration authorities on your behalf.

3Once your COE is issued, we will send it to you.

4Once you receive your COE, you must apply for an Entry Visa at the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
Departure Once you have obtained your Entry Visa, you are now ready to come to Japan to work.
